Vivo X300 Ultra Specs Leak: The New King of Mobile Photography?

The smartphone market is buzzing as the launch of the Vivo X300 Ultra draws near. While the standard X300 and X300 Pro models have already made their mark, the Ultra variant is expected to redefine what a flagship can achieve. Recent leaks and Geekbench listings have painted a comprehensive picture of a device that prioritizes professional grade imaging and massive battery endurance. With a confirmed China launch set for March 30, 2026, here is everything we know about the leaked specifications.

The Ultimate Camera Breakthrough

The defining feature of the Vivo X300 Ultra is undoubtedly its camera system. Leaks suggest that Vivo will debut a dual 200MP setup that could set a new industry benchmark. The primary sensor is rumored to be the Sony LYTIA 901, a 200MP unit with a near 1 inch size. Interestingly, this sensor is expected to use a 35mm equivalent focal length, providing more subject isolation compared to the wider lenses found on most modern flagships.

Accompanying the main sensor is a 200MP periscope telephoto lens, likely the Samsung ISOCELL HP0. This camera is tipped to feature CIPA 7.0 level stabilization, which is gimbal grade performance for handheld zoom shots. The third lens in the array is a 50MP Sony LYT818 ultra wide sensor. To top it off, Vivo is reportedly introducing a 12 channel multispectral sensor to ensure the most accurate color reproduction ever seen on a mobile device.

Unmatched Performance with Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5

Under the hood, the Vivo X300 Ultra is built to be a performance monster. It has appeared on Geekbench with the model number V2547DA, confirming the presence of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor. This flagship chipset, built on an advanced 3nm process, has posted impressive scores of 3,722 in single core and 11,621 in multi core tests.

To support this raw power, the device is expected to come with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.1 storage. This combination ensures that the phone can handle intensive 4K 120fps Log video recording and heavy multitasking without breaking a sweat. It will run on Android 16 with Vivo’s OriginOS 6 skin right out of the box.

A Display Built for Content Creators

A pro camera needs a pro display, and the X300 Ultra does not disappoint. Rumors point toward a 6.82 inch 2K LTPO OLED flat panel. This screen is expected to support a 144Hz adaptive refresh rate and extreme peak brightness levels. The shift toward a flat display design is a notable change that many mobile photographers prefer for better framing and edge to edge clarity. The screen will also house an ultrasonic under display fingerprint scanner for rapid and secure access.

Massive 7000mAh Battery and Charging

One of the most surprising leaks involves the battery capacity. While some early reports suggested a 6600mAh cell, the latest certifications indicate a massive 7000mAh silicon carbon battery. This would make the X300 Ultra one of the longest lasting flagship phones on the market. Despite the huge capacity, Vivo is keeping charging speeds fast with 100W wired and 50W wireless flash charging support. This ensures that even such a large battery can be topped up in a relatively short time.

Design and Extra Features

The Vivo X300 Ultra will likely feature a premium build consisting of an aluminum frame and armor glass protection. It is expected to arrive in Elite Black, Silver, and a unique two tone Green variant. Durability is also a priority, with an IP69 rating for superior water and dust resistance. Furthermore, a special “Satellite Edition” is rumored to support two way satellite communication for emergency use in remote areas.
