OnePlus recently announced it would release the OnePlus Ace 2V. The OnePlus Ace 2V will be under the Ace series but sits below the OnePlus Ace 2 smartphone.
The OnePlus Ace 2V will boast a 6.74-inch 1.5K flexible OLED display with a 2772 x 1240 pixels resolution. It is featured with a 1.5K screen that has a 120Hz refresh rate, 1450 nits of peak brightness, supports high-frequency PWM dimming, and is HDR10+ certified.
OnePlus states that the 1.5K display will consume 24.4 percent lesser power compared to a conventional 2K resolution display. The OnePlus Ace 2V will run by MediaTek Dimensity 9000 SoC. It will come in two memory configurations. The base model of the OnePlus Ace 2V will have 12 GB RAM and 256 GB of internal storage. The top-end variant will have 16 GB RAM and 512 GB of internal storage. OnePlus has inserted LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 3.1 storage.
The OnePlus Ace 2V smartphone flaunts a triple-rear camera setup, but the exact specifications are yet not revealed according to rumors the rear camera setup will comprise a primary 64MP sensor with OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle sensor, and a 5MP macro sensor and a 16MP Sony IMX 471 sensor on the front of the smartphone for selfies, video calls, and face unlock.
The upcoming smartphone is going to be powered by a 5000mAh battery unit, which may support 80W wired fast charging. The OnePlus Ace 2V was recently spotted on the AnTuTu benchmark database, and the listing confirmed the device was running Android 13. The OnePlus Ace 2V will have the brand’s iconic Alert Slider at the top right side of the chassis. There appears to be an IR blaster located at the top side, situated alongside a microphone.
The OnePlus Ace 2V is planned to launch in China on March 7, 2023. OnePlus has already started the pre-bookings of the device in China. The OnePlus Ace 2V could arrive in India rebranded as the OnePlus Nord 3.
